How a reservation moves
Start your reservation on the booking page. Dispatch writes the quote with the vehicle class, pickup location, stops, wait policy, and cancellation terms, and the price already includes chauffeur gratuity and applicable service and card fees. Once you confirm, a professional chauffeur is assigned in Pittsburgh.
Flight numbers, passenger names, entrance notes, child-seat requests, and mobility notes travel with the reservation to the assigned chauffeur. If something changes, such as a rebooked flight or an added stop, dispatch updates the reservation rather than leaving it to a conversation at the curb.

Planning around a city of rivers
Pittsburgh is a hard city to drive on instinct. Three rivers, a long list of bridges, and two parkway tunnels mean that two addresses a few miles apart can sit on very different routes, and a missed ramp at the Fort Pitt Bridge can cost a loop back through Downtown. Hourly service is $120 per hour for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $230 for an S-Class, and $240 for a Sprinter, each with a three-hour minimum. Point-to-point transfers start at $130 for a sedan and $160 for an SUV.
