Executive car service is reserved black-car travel for board, founder, and client itineraries.
Typical days include PIT arrivals, roadshows, dinners, and intercity legs. Share passenger names, flight numbers, and entrance notes on the booking so dispatch can pass them to the assigned chauffeur. We coordinate Pittsburgh rides through vetted local affiliate operators rather than a company-owned Pittsburgh fleet.
Who uses this service in Pittsburgh
Itineraries often include Robotics Row along the Strip District and Lawrenceville, Downtown offices around the U.S. Steel Tower and One PPG Place, Carnegie Mellon meetings, and South Side or Oakland labs.
Venues and seasons
Common stops include the Energy Innovation Center, Smallman Street, and Butler Street. Earnings weeks, university partnership events, and winter parkway weather all affect timing. Ask for timing notes on the quote rather than a guaranteed window.
How pricing works
One-way transfers are written from your itinerary. Full-day coverage is usually hourly because waiting during the reserved block is included. Hourly charter is estimated at $120 per hour for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $230 for an S-Class, and $240 for a Sprinter, with a three-hour minimum. The matching three-hour estimates are $360, $440, $690, and $710. Quoted prices include chauffeur gratuity and applicable service and card fees. Tolls, parking, and airport fees are confirmed on the quote. Intercity legs such as Philadelphia are quoted from those addresses. See rates.
Vehicle and capacity
Preferred vehicle models and Wi-Fi or charging amenities are confirmed on the assigned car. Same-day requests may change chauffeur or class. Planning limits are sedan 3 passengers and 3 bags, SUV 6/6, S-Class 3/3, and Sprinter 12/12, subject to the assigned configuration. More than 12 passengers or 12 bags requires a coordinated quote.
