Convention center transport covers the David L. Lawrence Convention Center and nearby hotels.
We move attendees, exhibitors, and staff between PIT, Downtown hotels, and the convention center. Service can be per-ride, hourly loops, or a multi-day quote. We coordinate Pittsburgh rides through vetted local affiliate operators rather than a company-owned Pittsburgh fleet.
Who uses convention center transport in Pittsburgh
Exhibitors with samples, association meetings, hotel-to-hall shuttles, and attendees who want a reserved car instead of a crowded hotel loop. Nearby hotels include the Westin Convention Center, the Wyndham Grand, and the Fairfield Inn & Suites Downtown.
Venues and seasons
The convention center sits along 1001 Penn Avenue between Downtown and the Allegheny riverfront. Auto-show weeks, spring and fall association calendars, and large summer fan events all tighten affiliate capacity. Load-in and load-out change Fort Duquesne Boulevard and nearby hotel curbs.
How pricing works
One-way transfers are written from your itinerary. Shuttle loops are usually hourly because waiting during the reserved block is included. Hourly charter is estimated at $120 per hour for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $230 for an S-Class, and $240 for a Sprinter, with a three-hour minimum. The matching three-hour estimates are $360, $440, $690, and $710. Quoted prices include chauffeur gratuity and applicable service and card fees. Tolls, parking, and airport fees are confirmed on the quote. Group blocks should be reserved early rather than added same-day. See rates.
Loading and capacity
Hotel loading zones are limited. The chauffeur may meet at a designated commercial point rather than the lobby doors. Planning limits are sedan 3 passengers and 3 bags, SUV 6/6, S-Class 3/3, and Sprinter 12/12, subject to the assigned configuration. More than 12 passengers or 12 bags requires a coordinated quote.
