Areas We Serve

Professional chauffeurs cover the neighborhoods and suburbs that come up most often on Pittsburgh itineraries.

How Pittsburgh geography shapes a ride

Pittsburgh is a city of rivers, hills, bridges, and tunnels. Downtown sits at the point where the Allegheny and Monongahela Rivers meet to form the Ohio, and most trips from the airport reach it through the Fort Pitt Tunnel. Oakland, Shadyside, and Squirrel Hill lie to the east along Forbes and Fifth Avenue and the Parkway East. The Strip District runs along the Allegheny toward Lawrenceville, and the South Side sits across the Monongahela below Mount Washington.

The suburbs work differently. Cranberry Township is north on I-79 at the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and Mt. Lebanon is in the South Hills off Route 19 and Banksville Road. Trips between those suburbs and the airport often skip Downtown altogether.

Because of the hills and narrow streets, the most useful thing on any booking is the exact address and entrance, plus notes about driveways, steep grades, gates, or loading zones.

Nearby communities and regional trips

Beyond the neighborhoods above, cars are also arranged for Wexford, Bethel Park and other addresses around the Pittsburgh metropolitan area, quoted from the exact pickup and drop-off.

Regional trips are written as transfer quotes from your addresses, vehicle class, and timing:

For airport runs from any of these areas, see Pittsburgh International Airport car service and the full list of routes. Rates are on the rates page.

Trip types, area by area

Downtown covers hotel and office pickups, arrivals for the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, and game nights on the North Shore across the river. Oakland and Shadyside mean hospital and campus visits, interview days, and dinners along Craig Street or Walnut Street. From Squirrel Hill, an airport run passes through both parkway tunnels, so departure times need the most margin.

The Strip District and South Side suit restaurant evenings and weekend events, but curb space is tight, so a cross street and a clear meeting point matter. Cranberry Township and Mt. Lebanon work well for airport transfers from homes and office parks, and for hourly days when a visitor has to move between suburban offices and the city.

Same pricing across the region

Hourly rates do not change by neighborhood: $120 per hour for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $230 for an S-Class, and $240 for a Sprinter, with a three-hour minimum. Point-to-point transfers start at $130 for a sedan and $160 for an SUV, and a longer suburban or regional run is quoted from the exact addresses.

Every area page lists the landmarks, entrances, and routes that tend to matter there, along with answers to common questions. Pick your neighborhood above, or go straight to online booking if you already know the pickup, drop-off, and vehicle.
