Sprinter van service is group transportation within a 12-passenger planning limit.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans are assigned from the affiliate network for airport groups, wedding parties, convention shuttles, and campus or athletic travel. Amenities such as conference seating or entertainment systems are confirmed on the assigned van. We coordinate Pittsburgh rides through vetted local affiliate operators rather than a company-owned Pittsburgh fleet.
Who uses Sprinter vans in Pittsburgh
Corporate teams sharing a PIT-to-Downtown ride. Wedding parties moving between hotels and venues. Fans heading to Acrisure Stadium, PPG Paints Arena, or PNC Park. Convention groups at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. Larger groups, including Fallingwater day trips or school outings, are coordinated vehicle planning when they exceed 12 passengers or 12 bags.
Venues and seasons
Home dates at Acrisure Stadium, PPG Paints Arena, and PNC Park, plus concerts at Stage AE and convention load-in, all need earlier notice. Downtown hotel driveways and garages can be tight for a high-roof van, so staging may be on the street or in a commercial zone.
How pricing works
Sprinter transfers are itinerary quotes. Hourly Sprinter service is estimated at $240 per hour with a three-hour minimum, or about $710 for three hours. Waiting during that reserved hourly block is included. Quoted prices include chauffeur gratuity and applicable service and card fees. Tolls, parking, and airport fees are confirmed on the quote. Notice and capacity
Sprinters are less common than sedans. Give as much notice as you can. Planning limits are sedan 3 passengers and 3 bags, SUV 6/6, S-Class 3/3, and Sprinter 12/12, subject to the assigned configuration. More than 12 passengers or 12 bags requires a coordinated quote.
