Corporate transportation is scheduled car service for executives, clients, and teams.

We handle airport transfers, full-day roadshows, office-to-office runs, and client dinners. Vehicle class and pickup time are confirmed before the ride. We coordinate Pittsburgh rides through vetted local affiliate operators rather than a company-owned Pittsburgh fleet.

Who uses corporate transportation in Pittsburgh

Downtown legal and financial offices on Grant Street, energy and industrial offices around the U.S. Steel Tower and One PPG Place, and robotics and software offices along Smallman Street and Butler Street. Sales itineraries also run to Cranberry, Monroeville, and Canonsburg.

Venues and seasons

Common stops include the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, the Energy Innovation Center, suite entertaining at PPG Paints Arena, and hotels such as the Fairmont Pittsburgh and the Westin Convention Center. Fall board calendars, commencement weeks, and convention weeks need more notice.

How pricing works

One-way transfers are written from your itinerary and can include agreed stops. For multi-stop days, hourly charter is usually the better product because waiting during the reserved block is included. Hourly charter is estimated at $120 per hour for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $230 for an S-Class, and $240 for a Sprinter, with a three-hour minimum. The matching three-hour estimates are $360, $440, $690, and $710. Quoted prices include chauffeur gratuity and applicable service and card fees. Tolls, parking, and airport fees are confirmed on the quote. Ask for billed-account setup and invoicing cadence when you book. See rates.

Assignment and capacity

The same chauffeur is a preference, not a guarantee. Home games and large conventions reduce affiliate availability. Planning limits are sedan 3 passengers and 3 bags, SUV 6/6, S-Class 3/3, and Sprinter 12/12, subject to the assigned configuration. More than 12 passengers or 12 bags requires a coordinated quote.
