Airport transfers are reserved black-car rides to or from PIT.

You book a sedan, SUV, S-Class, or Sprinter ahead of time. The chauffeur meets you at the confirmed pickup point and takes you to a hotel, office, hospital, campus, or residence. We coordinate Pittsburgh rides through vetted local affiliate operators rather than a company-owned Pittsburgh fleet.

Who uses airport transfers in Pittsburgh

Business travelers heading to Downtown, Oakland, or the Strip District. Patient families going to UPMC Presbyterian, UPMC Montefiore, or Magee-Womens. University visitors bound for Carnegie Mellon or the University of Pittsburgh. Holiday weeks and winter weather often increase reserved-car requests because last-minute app rides are harder to predict.

Pickup planning at PIT

The terminal roadways have changed. Follow current airport signs, then use the meeting location, vehicle description, and chauffeur contact on your confirmation. If you need extra time after an international arrival, say so when you book so the wait terms match the itinerary. See the Pittsburgh airport car service page.

How pricing works

One-way transfers are written from pickup, destination, vehicle, date, and any agreed stops. A delayed flight does not automatically convert a one-way booking into hourly charter. If you want the car held for extra stops after landing, hourly charter is estimated at $120 per hour for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $230 for an S-Class, and $240 for a Sprinter, with a three-hour minimum. The matching three-hour estimates are $360, $440, $690, and $710. Waiting during that reserved hourly block is included. Quoted prices include chauffeur gratuity and applicable service and card fees. Tolls, parking, and airport fees are confirmed on the quote. Regional trips such as Cleveland, Morgantown, or Philadelphia are also itinerary quotes. See rates.

Bags, notice, and coverage

Planning limits are sedan 3 passengers and 3 bags, SUV 6/6, S-Class 3/3, and Sprinter 12/12, subject to the assigned configuration. More than 12 passengers or 12 bags requires a coordinated quote. Book with a mobile number and as much notice as you can. Same-day coverage depends on affiliate availability.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I meet my driver at PIT?

Your confirmation includes pickup instructions, vehicle description, and chauffeur contact details. Follow those assigned instructions at the current terminal.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Include the flight number so dispatch can request tracking. Wait time follows the terms on your quote. A delay does not automatically convert a one-way transfer into hourly charter.

Can I book a transfer from Downtown back to PIT?

Yes. Return trips are quoted from pickup time, address, vehicle, and bags, just like arrivals.
