Have these details ready

  • Drop-off address and any agreed stops on the way
  • Date and pickup time, or the flight time for departures
  • Passenger count, checked and carry-on bags, and oversized items
  • Vehicle class: sedan, SUV, S-Class, or Sprinter
  • Child-seat requests with ages, and any mobility needs
  • The passenger’s mobile number if you are booking for someone else

What happens after you book

The reservation form shows the vehicle, the total, and the terms before you confirm. Quoted prices include chauffeur gratuity and applicable service and card fees; tolls, parking, and airport fees are confirmed on the quote. Review the cancellation and change terms before you submit.

Your ride is assigned to a professional chauffeur in Pittsburgh. Pickup instructions, the vehicle description, and chauffeur contact details come on your confirmation. For airport pickups, follow the meeting location on that confirmation rather than an app-ride pin.

Groups above 12 passengers or 12 bags, multi-vehicle events, and multi-day roadshows require coordinated vehicle planning. Enter the itinerary on the booking page or call dispatch to confirm the vehicle plan.

Filling in the form for a PIT trip

For an arrival at Pittsburgh International, enter the airline and flight number along with the scheduled landing time, and ask for flight tracking on the reservation. Say whether anyone is checking bags, because a wait at the carousel changes when the chauffeur should expect you at the meeting point named on your confirmation.

For a departure, set the pickup time from your own address rather than the flight time. A Downtown or Oakland pickup crosses the Fort Pitt Tunnel on the way out, while Cranberry and many South Hills addresses reach the Parkway West without it, so leave the extra margin that your side of town needs. The PIT airport page covers terminal pickups in more detail.

Choosing the vehicle and the booking type

A sedan or S-Class carries up to three passengers with three bags, an SUV up to six passengers and six bags, and a Sprinter up to twelve of each. If the luggage count is close to the limit, or you are bringing golf bags, strollers, or other oversized items, choose the next class up and list those items in the notes.

Pick a transfer when the trip is one address to another, and hourly when the car should wait or make several stops, such as a meeting day across Downtown and Oakland or a wedding with photos between venues. See all services or the route guides if you are still deciding.

Rates before you book

Hourly service has a three-hour minimum. Point-to-point transfers start at $130 for a sedan and $160 for an SUV.
