How a wedding day is usually booked
Most wedding days are hourly service, because the schedule has several stops and the car needs to wait between them. Start with the first pickup, usually the hotel where the couple or the wedding party is getting ready, then list the ceremony, any photo stops, and the reception, with a time for each. Add a cushion for photos that run long. Waiting inside the reserved block is included, and time beyond the block is billed under the quote terms.
Rates by vehicle
Hourly service is $120 per hour for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $230 for an S-Class, and $240 for a Sprinter, each with a three-hour minimum. Chauffeur gratuity and applicable service and card fees are included in quoted prices. A send-off car at the end of the night can be booked as a separate point-to-point transfer, starting at $130 for a sedan and $160 for an SUV.
Choosing vehicles for the party
The S-Class is the flagship sedan for the couple. A Sprinter keeps a wedding party of up to 12 together, so everyone arrives at the ceremony at once. The SUV class suits parents and grandparents; note any mobility need so dispatch can confirm what the assigned vehicle can accommodate. Groups larger than 12 need more than one vehicle or a coordinated quote.
Pittsburgh photo stops and venues
Couples often plan photos at the Grandview Avenue overlooks on Mount Washington, at Point State Park, at Phipps Conservatory, or along the North Shore riverfront. Each has its own parking and stopping rules, so list the exact spot and time. Receptions at Downtown hotels, venues in the Strip District, and event spaces in the suburbs are all covered; name the venue entrance and loading area so the chauffeur knows where to stop.
Notice, decorations, and policies
Summer weddings and fall weekends need more notice, so book as far ahead as you can. Ask about decorations, drinks, and carrying flowers or a cake in the vehicle when you book; alcohol and food rules depend on the assigned operator and local law.
