Which entrance should I give?
Name the building and, when you know it, the door. Presbyterian, Montefiore, and Magee have separate loading rules. Forbes Avenue and Fifth Avenue are busy pedestrian and bus corridors, so the chauffeur may use a loading zone, a hotel entrance, or a campus circle rather than idling on the main street.
How should I plan timing?
Campus events, hospital shift changes, late-August move-in, and parkway congestion can extend the trip. Confirm flight tracking and wait terms on the reservation. Give mobility notes so we can confirm whether the assigned vehicle can help with bags.
What should academic and medical visitors expect?
Visiting faculty, patient families, and interview candidates often need a second stop at a hotel or a second tower. Put those stops on the quote. If someone needs time after an appointment, hourly coverage keeps the car with you; waiting during that reserved block is included.
